Thanks to the villa's central location, restaurants, the market, the town centre and various activities are easily accessible. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Features 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a vanity table and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 2: Features 1 double king size bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a vanity table and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 4: Features 1 double king size bed, an LCD TV, a private jacuzzi, a bedside table, a vanity table, a wardrobe and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 5: Features 2 single beds, a bedside table, a vanity table, a wardrobe and a bathroom-WC. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a sea-view balcony. Pool: The pool dimensions are 10.5 m x 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.5 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day by the staff. Garden: In the villa garden there are a pool, a barbecue, sunloungers, a parasol and a dining table. Games Room: There is a foosball table, table tennis and a treadmill. Kitchen: In the kitchen, designed in an American open-plan style, there are a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a built-in oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a built-in 4-burner hob, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a set of pots and pans, a dinner set for 15, a spoon and fork set, and glasses. Important Notes: - Free wi-fi access is available throughout the villa. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. The villa interior is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices and no additional fee is charged for this usage. Services such as extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a chef and the like are not included in the prices; should they be requested, our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in. On the day of departure, once the necessary checks have been made and it has been confirmed that there is no damage or loss, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
