This website is operated by Bodamya Emlak İnş. Tur. Oto. Gıda Nak. Paz. Tic. İth. ve İhr. Ltd. Şti.(“Kalkan Collection”). By visiting and using the site, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, we kindly ask you not to use the site.

1. Scope of the Service

The content on the site is provided for the purpose of promoting rental villas, displaying availability and making it easier for visitors to create a reservation request by contacting our team. No direct online payment or definite reservation confirmation is carried out through the site.

2. Reservation Request

The request you submit through the site is in the nature of a “reservation request” and on its own does not give rise to a binding accommodation contract or a definite reservation. A definite reservation arises after the confirmation of availability, the mutual acceptance of price and conditions, and the approval of our team. The availability calendar is for information purposes; against the possibility of being booked simultaneously through different channels, definite information is confirmed by our team.

3. Accuracy of Villa Information

The price, capacity, amenity and location information of the villas is for information purposes and may not be up to date. Binding information is confirmed through a conversation with our authorised team. Kalkan Collection cannot be held responsible for material errors that may arise in the content or for inaccuracies originating from third parties.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site, including the logo, brand, images, text and design, belongs to Kalkan Collection or the relevant right holders. It cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

5. User Obligations

• To use the site in accordance with the law and rules of good faith,
• Not to engage in attempts that would jeopardise the security and operation of the site,
• To provide accurate, current and your own information in the reservation request and contact forms,
• Not to submit content or requests in a manner that would violate the rights of third parties.

6. Commercial Electronic Message (Consent)

If you give your consent, commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail) about new villas and campaigns may be sent to you within the scope of the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. Giving this consent is not mandatory and you can withdraw it at any time by using the rejection (opt-out) option within the message or by applying to info@kalkancollection.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Kalkan Collection is not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Information about the processing of your personal data is contained in the KVKK Information Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy; these texts are an integral part of these Terms of Use.
