Unless provided by you, our site does not request any data that directly identifies you. The full name, contact details, accommodation dates, number of guests and request content you share when you fill in the reservation request form or contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail; as well as technical data relating to your use of the site (IP, browser, navigation and cookie data) may be processed.

3. Online Payment and Membership

Our site has no membership (account creation) and no online payment or online reservation confirmation is taken through the site. The request you submit through the site is in the nature of a “reservation request”; a definite reservation arises after a conversation with our team and mutual confirmation. For this reason, financial data such as payment/card information is not collected on our site.

4. Third Party Services

Our site uses third party service providers for hosting, database, image storage, calendar synchronisation (iCal) and advertising measurement purposes. These providers may process data only to the extent required by the service and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
