Bedroom 1: Features 1 double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor. Bedroom 2: Features 1 double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor. Bedroom 3: A youth bedroom featuring 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor. Bedroom 4: Features 1 double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor. Air conditioning is provided as standard in all bedrooms and in the living room. Pool: A private swimming pool measuring 14 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.45 m is located within the garden. There is also a jacuzzi pool measuring 2x2 metres integrated into the main pool. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day, in the morning or evening. Kitchen: The kitchen contains an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric kettle, a 4-burner hob, pots and pans, a dinner set for 8, cutlery, and tea, coffee and water glasses. Garden: Within the villa's garden there are a swimming pool, sunloungers, a parasol, a garden dining table, chairs and a barbecue. Important Notes: - Free wi-fi access is available throughout the villa. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. The villa interior is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices and no additional fee is charged for this usage. Services such as extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a chef and the like are not included in the prices; should they be requested, our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in. On the day of departure, once the necessary checks have been made and it has been confirmed that there is no damage or loss, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
