VILLA SUPERNOVA Built in 2022 with a magnificent, beyond-extraordinary architectural vision, Villa Supernova will captivate you in a single word! Located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, our villa offers you an exceptional holiday experience with its ultra-luxury design, material quality and view. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and a capacity for 10 guests. With its heated indoor pool, fitness and weight station, foosball, billiards, table tennis, hammam and sauna, our villa offers you a 5-star stay and, thanks to its underfloor heating system, remains operational in the winter months too. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Features 2 single beds, an LCD TV, a bathtub, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a vanity table and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 2: Features 1 double king size bed, an LCD TV, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a vanity table and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 4: Features 1 double king size bed, a bathtub, a bedside table, a vanity table, a wardrobe and a bathroom-WC. Bedroom 5: Features 2 single beds, a bedside table, a vanity table, a wardrobe and a bathroom-WC. Pool: The pool dimensions, including the shallow pool, are 12.5 m x 6.5 m, with a depth of 1.45 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day by the staff. Indoor pool: Heating can be provided for 40 GBP per day. It measures 9 m x 3 m x 1.25 m. Garden: In the villa garden there are a pool, a barbecue, sunloungers, a parasol, a seating group, a swing and a dining table. Activity Floor: There is an indoor pool, billiards, foosball, table tennis, an exercise bike, a multi-functional weight station, dumbbell sets, a punching bag, a pilates ball and a pilates mat, a bar and a giant-screen TV. Kitchen: In the kitchen, designed in an American open-plan style, there are a water dispenser, a filter coffee machine, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a built-in oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a built-in 4-burner hob, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a set of pots and pans, a dinner set for 15, a spoon and fork set, and glasses. Important Notes: - Free wi-fi access is available throughout the villa. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. The villa interior is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices and no additional fee is charged for this usage. Services such as extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a chef and the like are not included in the prices; should they be requested, our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in. On the day of departure, once the necessary checks have been made and it has been confirmed that there is no damage or loss, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
