At our villa, which will become your hidden paradise with its magnificent view among the lush green trees, all the needs of guests who especially wish to escape the noise of the city, who cannot feel at ease in clustered buildings, and who want to enjoy themselves freely by the pool will be met. With its sheltered layout, Villa Sunset is also suited to honeymoons and to a private, conservative concept. BEDROOMS 1st Bedroom: There is 1 large double bed, a private jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a vanity table and a bathroom-WC. Air conditioning is provided as standard in the bedroom and in the living room. Pool: There is a private swimming pool and a children's pool. Pool dimensions are 9m x 3m, Depth: 1.5m Garden: In the villa garden there are a pool, table tennis, a children's play area, a barbecue, sun loungers, a parasol, a hammock and a dining table. Kitchen: Designed in an open-plan (American) kitchen style and overlooking nature, the kitchen contains a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a built-in oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a built-in 4-burner hob, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich toaster, a set of pots and pans, a 4-person dinner set, a spoon and fork set and glasses. Important Notes: - Throughout the villa there is a wi-fi connection that you can use free of charge. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. The interior of the villa is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen sets and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional fee is requested for this usage. Services such as extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a cook and so on are not included in the prices; should they be requested, our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 6,000 TL is charged. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in at the villa. On the day of departure, after the necessary checks have been carried out and it has been confirmed that there is no damage, loss and the like, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
