With a total of 4 en-suite bedrooms, the villa has been carefully designed with the comfort of families and groups of friends in mind. With its spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, large pool terrace and a separate outbuilding room outside, Villa Rüzgar lets its guests enjoy comfort and serenity together. Thanks to the villa's location in the Kalamar district, markets, restaurants and various activities are easily accessible. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Features 1 king size bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table and an en-suite bathroom-WC. Bedroom 2: Features 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table and an en-suite bathroom-WC. Bedroom 3: Features 1 king size bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom-WC. Bedroom 4 (Outbuilding): Located outside the main building with a separate entrance, this room features 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table and an en-suite bathroom-WC. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Pool: The villa's private swimming pool has a large sunbathing area. The pool measures 8.5 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.55 m. The garden and pool are maintained daily by staff. Garden: The villa garden features a swimming pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a seating area, a barbecue, table tennis and a dining table. Kitchen: Designed in an open-plan style, the kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, washing machine, electric kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, a pot and pan set, an 8-person dinner set, a cutlery set and glassware. Important Notes: - Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. The interior of the villa is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are carried out daily. Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided. - Electricity, water and internet costs are included in the price. Extra towels, bed linen, additional cleaning, car rental, a chef and similar services are not included in the price; we will be happy to assist upon request. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 10,000 TL applies. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in. On the day of departure, the deposit is refunded to you in cash once the necessary checks have been made and it has been confirmed that there is no damage, loss or similar.
