Villa Nova is located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan and, in terms of location, is within walking distance of the centre of Kalkan. Villa Nova has been designed with a brand-new architectural approach, and everything has been thought of so that you can enjoy a pleasant holiday with your family and friends. Thanks to its central location, it provides easy access to the beach, the supermarket and the city centre. With a hammam, a sauna, a billiard table and table tennis provided in addition to the private pool, Villa Nova promises you a unique villa holiday experience. 1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor. 2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor. 3rd Bedroom: This is a youth bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor. 4th Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the attic floor, and the large terrace and bar are also on this floor. Air conditioning is provided as standard in all bedrooms and the living room. Pool: Within the garden there is a private swimming pool measuring 8.5 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.45 m. Kitchen: Inside Villa Nova there is a modern American open-plan kitchen with a sea and nature view. The kitchen contains an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric kettle, a 4-burner hob, pots and pans, an 8-person dinner set, a fork and knife set, and tea, coffee and water glasses. Garden: Within the villa's large garden there are a swimming pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a garden dining table, chairs and a barbecue. Important Notes: - Throughout the villa there is wi-fi access that you can use free of charge. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. Interior cleaning of the villa is carried out once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen sets and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charge is requested for these usages. Extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a chef and similar services are not included in the prices, and upon request our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in. On the day of departure, after the necessary checks have been made and it has been confirmed that there is no damage, loss or similar, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
