At our villa, which will be your hidden paradise with its magnificent view amid lush green trees, all the needs of guests who especially wish to escape the noise of the city, who cannot relax in clustered buildings, and who want to enjoy themselves freely by the pool will be met. With its sheltered structure, Villa Koybal also suits a honeymoon and a conservative concept. BEDROOMS 1st Bedroom: There is 1 large double bed, a private jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a vanity table and a bathroom-WC. Air conditioning is provided as standard in the bedroom and the living room. Pool: There is a private swimming pool and a children's pool. Pool dimensions are 9 m X 3 m, depth: 1.5 m. Garden: In the villa garden there is a pool, a barbecue, sun loungers, a parasol, a hammock and a dining table. Kitchen: The kitchen, designed in an American open-plan style, has a nature view and contains a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a built-in oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a built-in 4-burner hob, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a set of pots and pans, a 4-person dinner set, a spoon and fork set and glasses. Important Notes: - Throughout the villa there is wi-fi access that you can use free of charge. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. Interior cleaning of the villa is carried out once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen sets and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charge is requested for these usages. Extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a chef and similar services are not included in the prices, and upon request our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 6,000 TL is charged. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in. On the day of departure, after the necessary checks have been made and it has been confirmed that there is no damage, loss or similar, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
