The villa's central location makes it easy to reach restaurants, the market, the town centre and various activities. The villa is protected by a security system. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and bathroom-WC. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV, bedside table and dressing table. Bedroom 3: 1 king size double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and bathroom-WC. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom-WC. Bedroom 5: 1 king size double bed, LCD TV, private jacuzzi, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC. Bedroom 6: 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a balcony with a sea view. Pool: There is a pool with a jet stream system and a children's pool. The pool measures 12 m x 5 m, with a depth of 1.60 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day by staff. Garden: The villa garden features a pool, barbecue, sun loungers, a parasol, a bar and a dining table. Kitchen: The kitchen is designed in an American open-plan style and includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner hob, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, a set of pots and pans, a dinner set for 12, a set of spoons and forks, and glasses. Important Notes: - Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. Interior cleaning of the villa is carried out once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices and no additional fee is requested for this usage. Services such as extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a chef and similar are not included in the prices, and upon request our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 10,000 TL applies. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in at the villa. On the day of departure, after the necessary checks have been made and it is confirmed that there is no damage or loss, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
