With its location close to Kalkan's beaches and the town centre, this exclusive villa offers ease of access and creates an ideal holiday setting for families and groups of friends, while its fully equipped kitchen, modern decor and privacy-focused architecture bring guests both comfort and a luxurious atmosphere under a single roof. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and dressing table. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and bathroom-WC. Bedroom 3: 1 king size double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and bathroom-WC. Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom-WC. Bedroom 5: 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table and wardrobe. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Pool: The pool measures 12 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.45 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day by staff. Indoor Pool: The indoor pool measures 3.5 m x 1.5 m, with a depth of 90 cm. The indoor pool is heated, at a daily charge of 2,000 TL. Garden: The villa garden features a pool, barbecue, sun loungers, a parasol and a dining table. Kitchen: The kitchen is designed in an American open-plan style and includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, built-in 4-burner hob, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, a set of pots and pans, a dinner set for 10, a set of spoons and forks, and glasses. Important Notes: - Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. - The villa is handed over to guests in a clean condition. Interior cleaning of the villa is carried out once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is carried out every day of the week. Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms. - Electricity, water, gas and internet charges are included in the prices and no additional fee is requested for this usage. Services such as extra towels, bed linen sets, additional cleaning, car rental, insurance, a chef and similar are not included in the prices, and upon request our relevant staff will provide assistance and guidance. - For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 10,000 TL applies. - A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected from all our customers upon check-in at the villa. On the day of departure, after the necessary checks have been made and it is confirmed that there is no damage or loss, the deposit is refunded to you in cash.
